NATSUYASUMI

PHOTOGRAPHY BOOK
PERSONAL WORK / 2017

This book captures three months of being hidden in the islands of the Seto Inland Sea, Japan. The images explore the juxtaposition of decay vs. life, movement (linear vs. non-linear), and color vs. monochrome. Devoid of human presence and scale, the images attempt to produce a sensation that is not reliant on fully understanding what is being seen.
